SSRS 2005 Setting the prompt text for a report parameter based on another parameter in a report

Thought this would be easy but it's not. I am using ssrs 2005 (SQL Server Reporting Services 2005)

What I want to do is to change the prompt text on one report parameter based on data from another parameter. i.e. I have a parameter called FinancialYear which in the report designer has prompt text of 'Enter Financial Year' that a user can set the value for ie. 2005, then there is a second parameter called PercentChange with prompt text I want to set as 'Percent Change based on ' & Parameters!FinancialYear.value. How do I do this in the report designer?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm afraid you can't use any kind of expression in a parameter prompt.

This means you can't reference a dataset or any other parameters, the prompt will always be static.
