"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm sorry. By now I don't want to change the messages, I just want to know where to change from the locale 1033 to the spanish one when sending quota notifications.
I would recommend you to reinstall everything is spanish, you can test it in a testing environment, the problem with changing the local directly is that it may cause a lot of problems, other wise you can change the message and write it in Spanish.

Thank you
