Change language of notifications in Exchange 2003

I'd like to know how to switch the default languege in which Exchange 2003 sends the quota limit notifications. I'm spanish but the default language is english, code 1033 I think.

I'm sorry. By now I don't want to change the messages, I just want to know where to change from the locale 1033 to the spanish one when sending quota notifications.

I would recommend you to reinstall everything is spanish, you can test it in a testing environment, the problem with changing the local directly is that it may cause a lot of problems, other wise you can change the message and write it in Spanish.
