On change enable a menu field

Hallo experts.
I have two menu :
<select name="Hersteller_ID" id="Hersteller_ID">
                            <option value="">select</option>
                            <cfoutput query="query1">
                              <option value="#text_ID#">#text#</option>
                            </cfoutput>
                          </select>
                   
 <select name="Modell_ID" id="Modell_ID" disabled="disabled">
                            <option value="">select</option>
<cfoutput query="query2">
                            <option value="#Text2_ID#">#Text2#</option>
                          </cfoutput>
                          </select>
I want to enable the second when the first changes (onchange function)
