XMLSerializer Performances

I want to improve the performance of my xmlserializer.

I have two classes that uses XMLserliazer. The classes are complex but not so much.
Creating the XMLSerializer (just the new) takes 3 to 4 seconds for each class.

If i use the XmlSerializer.dll generated with sgen.exe i have no gain !! (that i do not understand).

Note : I analyse the time using ANTS profiler.

Why using XmlSerializer.dll the performance do not increase ?
Do i have to add something in my code ?

Thanks

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How did you create your XmlSerializer.dll, which commands did you use ?
You may provide some of your code, else it would be difficult to judge
with a different pair of eyes ; ))

I take there is some problems in ceratin case with sgen.exe
so you may even consider to try the there recommended
xgenplus.
