Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE & Server too busy

Hello,
I have a 150 user enviroment running Windows Server 2003 with a Citrix Metaframe 4.0 enviroment. Recently I had a user call and say he was trying to access his email and he got a message saying the server was too busy and then I went to look in the event log on the server he was logged into and it threw and error stating: Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6212.1000, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000, EVENT ID: 1002. This is the first time this has happend and I am not sure why, any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

He wasn't logging in through Terminal Services or anything was he? Was he running Norton's? If so disable the Office plug-in. Here are some common causes for this error:

I did take a look at that link, we may be dealing with a bad RAM module, I am explororing that option right now. Are paging file tends to bounce quite a bit and it has hardly any load that would make it bounce like that.

I bet you are right if there is nothing that is real memory intensive making it do that. Well good luck!
