Adobe Acrobat PDF form -- Can view filled in form data on screen, but won't print!!

We are trying to fill out and print an Adobe Acrobat PDF form.  The form was provided by our company, so we did not create it.  We are able to type in the form fields, and even save the form with the fields filled in.  However, when you try to print the form, the form prints but WITHOUT the text we filled in the form fields.

We have both the full version of Acrobat, and the reader.

I'm stumped as to what could cause this.

Does anyone know why our data isn't printing?  How do we fix this?

can you check using Pro the following:

Go to Tools|Advanced Editing and select text field tool. This should show you form fields. Rightclick and select properties. On the General tab there is a 'form field' dropdown for setting visibility. One of these sets it to visible but not print.

This would be the obvious place to look.
