I get an upgrade error to install SP4 even after I have upgraded with this file SQL2000-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE

I have an application that is asking me for the database login for SA and I put it in and the product tells me I have to install SQL Server 2000 SP4 Which I downloaded from the above file. I ran it after turning  off all Firewalls and McAfee products. I am getting a message each time from the application not Microsoft that SP4 still needs to be installed. How can I tell if it is installed on Windows 2003 SBS and how can I at least see where the SA password is on that SQL Server? See Images

did you actually install sql server 2000 before? the SP4 alone does not install sql server.

also, can you post the screenshots of when you installed the SP4?

I ran a special scan from Dell which showed all the applications on the machine and it said I have SP3a installed. here is the image

ok, now the screenshot of what you did to install the SP4...
What we have is SQL server 2000 SP4 and SQL 2005 installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch the 2005 when I did that I seemed to be able to get through the first CD it never asked me for the second and it stopped on the SP2 for SQL 2005. I cannot figure out why it will not continue forward. Do you have any more thoughts?
I just do not understand what exactly you are wanting here. Do you need just the initial install screen of what happened during the install. Is there some way I can Show what is currently installed. I am pretty sure that SP4 is installed.

I also have been working on getting SQL 2005 installed. Which we found out was not installed fully either. Please advise. Sorry for the delay.
