CfStoredProc not displaying query results

I can fun the SP in SQL and it returns results fine. For some reason CfStoredProc is not working properly. Is my syntax incorrect?

<cfstoredproc procedure = "sp_CityStateSearch"
   dataSource = "REOS" debug="yes" returncode="yes">
   <cfprocresult name = "results">

   <cfprocparam type = "IN" CFSQLType = cf_sql_varchar
      value = "#FORM.CITY#" dbVarName = @City>

      <cfprocparam type = "IN" cfsqltype= cf_sql_varchar
         value = "#FORM.STATE#" dbVarName = @State>

</cfstoredproc>

<cfoutput>
#results.city#
</cfoutput>

you need to check colfusionj log files.There you get info about the error

lexoAuthor Commented:
There is no error being returned. The page is just simply blank. There is no log of the event that is not happening in the CF log files.
