Nokia 3100 connection problem

i have nokia 3100 , i want to connect it to my computer , i have a usb cable ,, but unfortunately when i connect  it to my pc ,, it says ( USB device Not Recognized ) :(
how can i resolve this ,.. is there a driver i have to install before or what ????
i have windows XP media center
and i have PC SUIT

go to http://www.nokia.co.uk/A4222190 and download the correct software and install after reading the instructions.

Before doing the above it may be wise to un-install the previous version of pc suite.

Do not know if it compatible with XP media center version, should be though!
