how to setup the scheduling for a room?

I am trying to setup a way for my users to schedule our conference room and get a conflict it that resoucre is not availabe at the time they want to use it. I have gone through the wizard and setup a room.
But when I book it, it allow other users to book it for the same time. What a I missing? Can anybody help?

when you say you have gone through the wizard, do you mean you have configured the calendar as a resource? (another user in AD) ?

No I went through the wizard to create a room. I see the room I created in my Global Address List., and I see it in Rooms. I can schedule a meeting in the conference room, but someone else can schedule the room for the same time with out a conflict.

ALSO, how do you get into the PS CMDLET in exchange 2007?
