We just rebuilt the CEO's laptop and put it on the domain - he had been using it off the domain AND using an outside email account (Earthlink). He's not using his corporate email account and all is well except that he cannot send to his admin or one of my colleages. He keeps getting a bounceback saying his account is too large. (We imported his Earthlink mail and his mailbox is now over 2GB). I am offsite and can't remote in, but my colleage removed the size limit restrictions on his account for the time being (it's usually 1 GB) but still the problems continues. What could it be?
