How do I display page tabs in the FrontPage software?

I am using FrontPage 2000 and I am almost certain that on another computer, running the same version, I was able to open multiple web pages in a tabbed view just like in IE7.  The default install of FP 2000 does not give you tabs, so if you open a page, you have to close it to see other pages you have open behind it.  Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello. It can definitely be done in FrontPage 2003.  I'm pretty certain this feature was introduced with version 2002.

This page from Microsoft that I just found seems to confirm that:
