Yosemite Tapeware 8.1 error

I am receiving the error message " The desired service was not found.  Either the service is no longer active or unavailable at this time" - Error Code is 59.  I've stopped the Yosemite Tapeware Service and restarted it, but it makes no difference - I get the same error.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check through the following article: http://yosemitetech.com/support/wizard/view_kb.aspx?ID=1718
If none of this helps, stop the service, rename the database subfolder then start the service again. This should start an empty database. See if it makes a difference. Just know that any password you had defined for logon is now gone - so log on with an empty password. Also all other settings will be gone. If you have a "yosemite Backuop Catalog" backup, you can import the corresponding tape and restore the catalog to get everything back.

And I've seen on a few occasions that nothing will help except an uninstall and reinstall. Again you'll have to restore from an old catalog backup to get your settings back.
