Exchange mail 2003 wont forward to gmail account

I am running sbs 2003 premium.My exchange mailbox account user is unable to forward mail in their mailbox to a gmail acount.
I have created a Contact object inSBS users with the smtp address of gmail account.
I have gone into user properties and in exchange general amended delivery to this account and also keep a copy in my mailbox.
I have gone to exchange system manager/global settings and made sute allow automatic forwarding is hecked.

YET THE MAIL IS NOT FORWARDING TO THE GMAIL ACCOUNT?

How can i do this and also forward to more than one external account?

As mentioned,I have already follwoed the steps highlighted above and still the mail is not forwarding??Also how do I forward to more than one external account pls.

Where wud the smtp logs be? In C;/small business server/...

My ISP is not blacklisted.

Yes I am normaly able to forward from OWA to gmail.

The mail r not going to the spam folder in my gmail when autoforwarded as they r not also going to the spam when manuall forwarding to my gmail account.
