Sync errors

On a new install of Exchange I am getting multiple Sync Issues on clients:

Synchronizer version
Synchronizing mailbox <client name here>
Synchronizing Hierarchy

Then in red is says Microsoft Offline Address book

I get this over and over every few minutes.

On a clent machine in Event Viewer I see errors: 40961, 40960 repeated several times.  On the Exchange server I see no errors in the Event Viewer.

Those client side errors - do they happen in sync with the OAB sync issues, or do you think it is incidental that they are there?
Does the sync error not give you its own error code e.g. 0X8004010F  would lead you to say this article...

Suggest you run exchange troubleshooting assistant and best practie analyzer on the exchange server to see if they can pick something up:
