Open Tsv/Csv from the Excel that installed on the Client

Hi All,
i Publishes oracle application 11i on Citrix presentation server 4.5,
when i try to export a report to Tsv/Csv file he try to associate the file from the server.
is there a way that the file will open from the Excel that install on the client rather then to search the Excel application on the server?
I hope my Question make sense..

Not sure if it is in the same place in 4.5, but in 4.0 it was under Metaframe settings and you had to check box "Enable Content Redirection from server to client". You can change it on farm or server level
