I just bought this PC but I am unable to get the black frame off my HDTV which i am using as the monitor. It has a NVidia 8400GS card iin it. There is an option in the nvidia control panel that says &quot;resize my desktop&quot; which appears to be the right solution for my issue but when I push it brings up a screen with a big arrow on it and I'm not sure what to do with it. The screen stays there until I press esc. Any help?
