I have several text layers that I want to change things that apply to all (or at least multiple) layers.

1) I want to change the text size
2) I want to create a layer effect of glow and bevel that I want to apply to several layers.

How can I do this without having to do each layer individually?

Add the effects to the one layer, then right click on it and select Copy Layer Style.  You can then select others and Past Layer Style.  This will apply the effects to the target layers.

As far as changing font size, link the layers and when you change the font size (on the top toolbar), and the fonts that are linked will change.

Come to think of it, for changing the font size on multiple layers, you don't even have to link them.   You can select multiple layers (Ctrl + click), and then change the font size to modify them all.
