Static ARP tables for AirPort Extreme

I am running an Airport Extreme Wirelss Base station with PowerPC PowerBook G4.  I have WPA2 running on a closed network.  I would like to add a Static ARP table to record and basically create another authentication layer using MAC address.  Can the Airport Extreme do this?  If so, how?
Thanks,
Doyle

Thank you for trying.  I agree, there is no other reference to be found on this topic.  Believe me, I search thoroughly before asking a question.  My concern is  "Man in the Middle".   My thinking was static ARP entries would prevent such an attack.  While MAC address filtering is a step in the right direction, it doesn't defend well against spoofed MAC addresses.
