Outlook 2007 Search Folders - Show all open tasks within a public folder
Hi,
I have create a public folder that has a bunch of subfolders for client notes, tasks, communication etc.
I want to create a search folder that will show all open tasks in the public folder and the sub folders within it.
Is this possible in outlook 2007? How do I do it. I cant seem to work out what criteria is needed. It seems to only work with emails not tasks.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
Mitch

I'm with you on that .. we'd like to do the same thing.. so if anyone can give a suggestion, that'd be awesome.

What we want is to be able to see what tasks are open across all folders at any given time. Task alerts are nice, but a task search folder is the ideal solution as some of our tasks will not have a specific time to complete.
