Counting the mail sent/received in the last month/year
Hi All,
The Manager asked me if it's possible to know how many mails he received in the last year.
He wants to see the amount from every months
Moreover he wants to see the size as well.
If I make a message tracking I don't see the amount (the number) of the mails.
During the search the number is displayed but when ready the number is disappears.
Is that possible to create an agent for the above purpose.

1) I do not see a way to do this for old mail, ie. anything already deleted unless you have had message tracking on, and can get the info from the reports.
2) For future mail, I would recheck the reports available in the message tracking and also the statistics available in some of the activity reports.

The message tracking was on in the past year. I can make a mesage tracking in the Domino administrator, I can see the mails but I can't export it I can't send it to the person who asked for it.
Where are the reports I could copy or send?
And where are the activity reports?

Activity reports are available on R 6.5 and above I think.
You need to turn it on in the server config, and create the Activity Db's I think.

I found the option "Activity logging is enabled " but the checkbox isn't marked.
I don't want to select it because I'm not the main Lotus administrator and I think it would require lots of space and we haven't enough free space on the server.
