How to forward all inbound http/https traffic from an external to internal IP (192.168.16.100) using ISA 2004

Hello,

I need to forward all http/https from a given External  IP range (a couple of addresses) to a PC behind an ISA 2004 (SBS Premium Edition). Basically any http / https traffic from the source external address I want it to be forwarded to the PC with internal I address say 192.168.16.20.

I have created a computer of external and internal IPs in ISA Manager, wot else do I need to do please?
Really appreciate any assistance.

Kind regards,

Dave

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
