How to Disable "Main Battery Very Low" warning

Hi expert,

I am having a problem in the battery of my Pocket PC:
-While using my Pocket PC, Battery level is reporting values (not in descending order) like:
      100% -> 60% -> 10% -> 40% -> 5% -> 40% and so on.
-This is resulting in firing the following message, associated with a sound file "lowbatt.wav":
      "Main Battery Very Low
To prevent possible data loss, replace or recharge your battery according to the owner's manual."

This is very annoying, especially the message box needs to press ok to be dismissed every time.
The sound file is also inserted in most of my recordings.

I tried to rename / delete the sound file, but it reported that it is in ROM memory and could not be deleted.

Thanks for helping me sort this out.

A) Which Pocket pc do you own?

Reg Editor:
http://www.phm.lu/products/PocketPC/RegEdit/

Use a registry editor and go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\A877d663...\Wave Lowbatt.
Change "duration" and "options" to 0, soft reset, and you are done.
