Accessing password protected Access database using OLEDBCONNECTION

Dear Experts,

I have an access 2003 database that I have set a password on. I have used the connection string:

Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\Development\ME\CartSync\CartSync\bin\Debug\Database\cartsync.mdb;User ID=Admin;Password=12345

but this won't connect.  If I remove the password from the databsae and the connect string it works.  I know the password is correct as it asks for it when I open the database up in access.

Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. This should do it.

Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\Development\ME\CartSync\CartSync\bin\Debug\Database\cartsync.mdb;Jet OLEDB:Database Password==12345
