Password expiry banner in OWA 2003

we have a FE/BE topology,all 2003 exchange and servers with SP2.

i have to implement a banner or message which shows up a few days before a user password expires.

how can i implement that?

I don't believe that feature is possible in OWA. Seem to be a bug:

i know its possible in exchange/OWA 2007.

it can be also a 3rd party tool

will this policy setting also be visible to OWA users?

yes it is possible: i have set a local policy, interactive logon and the setting "prompt user to change his password before expires"

i just need to know how to enable this in OWA 2003
