HP 4200 prints blank pages after print job
We have an HP Laserjet printer 4200 with an hp jetdirect 680n add-on, used as a shared printer through a Linksys Wireless B network. Two computers are using the printer; one is a Mac and the other is a Gateway (IBM system). We recently had to reinstall the Windows XP operating system on the Gateway computer, and ever since have had trouble with blank pages and error messages printing out. The Gateway prints fine every time, unless it's after the Mac has printed something. Then the first print job the Gateway sends to the printer will be followed by one blank page and one page with the following message
ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND:
STACK:
According to the HP website, the Gateway is using the most recent driver for the LaserJet 4200, which is PostScript Driver version 61.063.461.42 dated 03/05/07.
What can I do to stop wasting all this paper?
