How to deploy Web Application

Can anyone tell me how to deploy the Visual Studio 2003  Web Application from my local pc to the server?

Here are the deployment steps
-Open VS.Net 2003
-Select New Project
-Select Setup and deployment Projects
-Select Web Setup Project
-Right Click on Web Application Folder
-Select project out put
- Take out put from ur Web Application Project
-Also Select Relevent ASPX and ascx files
-Build it in release mode
-And execute deployment package .. specify virtual directory and port number

Actually I want to copy the file from my local pc to the server. It ask me to enter the URL Link.
