data size in outlook

Hi
i have outlook 2003 and i don't know what is the limit of data can be stored,before i know that no more than 2 gb can be stored in outlook 2000
what is about outlook 2003 ?

Hello asaidi,

The default limit for Outlook formated PST file is about 20 GB.  With a registry change, it can go as high as 33 TB.

But you should not store more than 1 GB in one personal folder.  As it gets larger, the file will be more prong to corrupt.  You can archive emails to other PST files.

Hi

i have a signature that i wrote in css/html in thunderbird it looks fine with font color and font size ,but when i try to apply it to outlook 2003 all the font are the same there is no css applied for outlook 2003
