allow users to edit exchange distribution list

Does anyone know the best way to delegate the editing of and Exchange distribution list. We are running AD2003 Native and Exchange 2003. We have a number of technical user s in remote sites who are savvy enough to take some of our workload from us and edit their own distribution lists though we don't want to simply make them domain admins. Can anyone advise a procedure please? Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Put that user as manager (delegating in AD) for the DL and they can edit them from their Outlook by opening the DL in the addressbook.
Or if they need to be able to create contacts for external users you may need to delegate rights to create contacts in an OU in your AD and then you can provide them with a taskpad.

Search for it and you should find a lot of information about delegation in AD.
