How do i export emails and attachments out of quickmail

Hi There,
We have a PC, which has a copy of Quickmail 3.5.3 installed and within this several hundred emails and attachments.

The software use to connect to an old sister company (do not have access to them any more) to download email.

The client has all email up to a year ago and we now need to export this off to use in Outlook 2003 (via exchange if that helps (2003))

I cant find a way to export all the emails in an easy way with attachments and wondered if anybody new how to do this&just so its clear we can open the Quickmail locally and see the emails and read them and all the normal menu options are there. And also just to mention all the emails are on the computer but stored in formats that outlook does not like --  I think!!

Hope some one can help
