I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are connected to the LAN and can see the other computer in Network Places, then it is probably your DNS settings on the wireless card.

If you go to Start -> Run -> type cmd -> type ipconfig /all

What does it show you for your DNS Servers?

i'll check. on the windows wireless box it says: you are connected to your network.... but it also says 'limited or no network conectivity'

Can you access the router's console from the wireless pc?

i.e. Open IE and enter in http://192.168.15.1 (default IP of the router per the WRP200 user manual)

To find out what the address of the router is for certain though, (on the wired PC) click Start, Run, type cmd, type ipconfig /all and then note what the Default Gateway IP address is.
