can anybody tell me a web site that has Oklahoma State laws are in place to meet the growing threat to information security.

unfortunately not much - they are one of the last states to finalize a bill which is currently under consideration but if i remember right, they have been for the last 2 years. I think they are more or less dependent on federal laws at this point of time.

There are policies written up for the state though and this may give you an indication
