Need to display small Web scrreen on top of existing Web page

I have a Web app the I want to diaplay another Web screen on top of. I have

    Protected Sub lnkTestScreens_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles lnkPreviousSummaries.Click
        Dim objSub As New frmScreen
        Dim strError As String

        Try
            If objSub.Visible = False Then
                 objSub.Visible = True
             Else
                objSub.Visible = False
            End If
        Catch exc As Exception
            strError = (exc.Message)
        End Try
    End Sub
I run the code theought trace and the code is processed byt the screens do not display. What dio I have to do get the web screen s to display?

If you want to popup a window, then you need to look at the 'window.open' Javascript function:

You probably mean .aspx, since an .ascx is a user control, which you would need to place on an .aspx web page before you could display it.

The URL for window.open is the .aspx page:

window.open('PopUp.aspx', ...

Javascript is exactly what I was talking about.  You would need to attach attributes to the click event on a button that calls the 'window.open' Javascript function.

I don't understand what you mean by "dll".  Are you saying that the Page class doesn't have anything that will let you pop up a window?  If so, then you are correct that it doesn't.
