After generated a Crystal Report to an MS Word how can i format the fields to be able to copy and paste in the same format the original ms word shows

hi,
i have a report that has 4 fields on and what i'm doing is exporting to an rtf document. this process works fine what i want to do once the word document is to copy a subset of the data and paste into another word comunet manual or even to the body of an email. right if i do it the paste takes the data and puts is on the second word document line by line instead of columns like the original word document.
so may question here is how can i turn the option to copy and paste with out have to worry about the formating of the actual document?

hereis what i want to do:
if i take some amount of data and instead of displaying this way:

What does the data look like on the report?

Since you are trying to copy from Word, what does this have to do with Crystal other than the fact you exported a Crystal report to Word?

on the report itself is column oriented.
What does it have to do with Crystal? i was thinking there is an option to disable the boxes and be able to copy the way i want. it is just a though. is there soemthing i can do here?

THe export from Crystal to Word now uses RTF for the format.  It also puts the data in blocks which make it difficult to edit the document.

I am not sure if there is a fix to that problem or not.

ok i got the solution for this issue.
what i need to do is to select all the fields under details and right click to select Format Objects after Format Editor shows under Common tab check the box the reads "Lock Position and Size" and then close it.

things to keep in mind if you have fields that you have previously to Can Grow or multi line field it will be cut up.

Can i get the points refund here?
