I have an issue with one user having problems receiving attachments via exchange. When a user from a sister company emails an attachment to 3 people in our company, 2 of the users get it, and one does not. When one of the two users forwards the email to that user, he receives it fine. To compound the problem even more, sometimes he will receive attachments from that user. It seems like a sporadic problem that occurs from a single sender.
Thinking the problem was with his laptop, I replaced it with a new machine. It did not resolve the problem.
Is there a location in Exchange 2003 that I can check to verify if there is a setting that blocks his attachments? Is there a location in Exchange 2003 where I can revert a user back to the defaults?
