Presumably you mean without using Exchange Server as this does allow sharing?
See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
Can you clarify how exactly you want to share the contents of your outlook? Do you need to share information in real time with another user who is also using Outlook? If so, you can do this with Exchange Server.

Do you simply want to export the contents of your PST and import them to another computer running Outlook?

File > Import and Export... > Export to a file > Personal Folder File (.pst)
Now select the data you want to export and check "Include subfolders" if needed.
Continue through the wizard and save the file.

Use the same wizard on the other computer to import the data
File > Import and Export.. > Import from another program or file > Personal Folder File (.pst)
Browse to your file that you created.
Hello docvirgo,

Public Share Folder will share emails, contacts and calendar without Exchange

Hi all,

Thank you once again for all your help, what i would like to be able to do is share 3 pc's in the family with one email account, contacts, calendar, etc, but it seems that all the software you have suggested requires licencing every year for every user....:( Any way around it ???
Thank you all
G
docvirgo,

I know of no program that will share Outlook folders for free.

You can put the PST file on a network drive and share PST file.  Only one user can use the PST at one time.
