What is the cause of my Blue Screen? Minidump indicates: ATSwpDrv.sys VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT

I have an ASUS F3SV notebook which has Blue Screened 9 times since purchase in November.
I'm running Vista Business and MS Office 2007 amongst other things.
It often hangs in Access 2007 with "Not Responding" when browsing a table. I don't know if the 2 are related but I'd value your comment.
This question I'll make specific to the Blue Screens.
I've run windbg.exe and have seen "Probably caused by : ATSwpDrv.sys" but I don't know enough to pursue this. I've attached the output of that analysis.
I'd appreciate any assistance,
Cheers Max

The ATSwpDrv.sys is suspected to be related to your fingerprint reader.

An update for this driver was released on 11/2/2007, you download it here.
