Configure IE Proxy Exceptions Programmatically

We have a wireless aircard that is used by many of our laptop users. When users connect to Wireless via this card, their IE proxy bypass exceptions are removed. I would like to create a tool in C# that users can run to restore these exceptions when the laptops connect to the internal network, and access our internal web apps.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
