Blackberry Calender not syncing with outlook

We have 10 black berry devices in a exchange 2007 ccr enivonment and for some reason if i create a calendar on my BB it never syncs back to outlook, but if i  create a outlook event it syncs with my BB. I have tried to turn on and off the wireless sync and tried removing the battery for 10-20min

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This is almost certainly not an Exchange issue per-say, it's going to be between the device and the BES.

It's been several years since I've run BES, but as memory serves there are calendar sync options that'll need to be enabled for this to work.

yes Erik you are correct.  there is a setting on the BES server for wireless syncing calendar.  you can also change what direction it syncs to.  sounds like you only have it going one way.

check the settings on your handheld and also on the BES server for each users account

I'm assuming 'BlackBerryManager' is the account you used for BB to run under (typically it's 'BESAdmin')?

Sounds like you just need to grant that account privilages to the mailstore:
