I recently tried to install Windows SP2, but the installation failed and after restarting the computer I received a &quot;Stop: c0000135 {Unable To Locate Component}&quot; error message and blue screen. The text underneath says, &quot;This application has failed to start because winsrv was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem&quot;. The only CD I have is the Dell Re-installation CD that came with the computer. How can I fix this problem without losing any data/settings?<br />
