EMail header change, email ID to change

Our company have many sales executives and having seperate email IDs for everyone. We dont want out sider to confuse with lot of email IDs. so While we are sending email to outside only, we want emai id to change to sales@ourdomain.com, so when every reply comes it will come to sales@ourdomain.com.
Example:
sender   essa@ourdomain.com      -> recipent will receive the email with ID of sales@ourdomain.com
it is possible in mdaemon software I cant find same option in MS Exchange 2003

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i woulld create a mailbox
if you do a mailbox you will have to forward the mails to the sales people or give all the sales people access to that mailbox and give them send as permissions this way they can open the message and reply and by showing the from field and setting the from address to sales then this is what the customer will see.
