How do I configure my exchange server to make users change their password the next time they log on?

My email users on exchange do not have passwords. We never bothered configuring any because initially management didn't want any (so we disabled the password facility) Now, they have decided that they want passwords, so please can you tell me how to re-enable this, so that it prompts the users for a new password the next time they log on to their email.

in active directory users and computers select all the users right mous click and go to properties, then go to account tab and go down to the bottome where there is a check box which say force user to change password at next logon,
then click ok
now it will force a password change at next logon

I did this, and it gave me the following error:

"The following Active Directory error occurred: Unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity or history rquirement of the domain"

this means that you have set a password policy and the password is still blank so i would firstly disable any password policies set and then enable this that way the users will have passwords and then you can tighten up the policy a bit
