NTBackup problems

I've installed a new Tape device without any problems. I've tested both drive and medias with HP test software, and everything seems allright. I'm getting the above error:

The device reported an error on a request to MS_UpdateNtmsOmidInfo.

Is "SBS Backup User" a member of Backup opertors group?
