Help need to remove old CA certificates from remote machines

Hi guys
We have a single domain in which many old CA's have been brought in.  Unfortunately - although no CA is currently in operation I am looking to bring in a new CA in the next few months.  Before I do that I would like to clean up our clients across sites and remove old CA's.  Obviously I can connect to each machine in turn and remove the 8 or 9 certificates but this is time comsuming - is there a certificate management tool that I can use to bulk delete unwanted certificates?

Your help would be appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
