Automated Export to PST Files

We must reduce the size of our mailbox but keep the last 21 days in the Inbox before we can use the 'AD Move' option to move mailboxes between sites (over the WAN). This is a long and tedious task requiring many exports (to PST) and deletions. I am looking for an automated solution that will complete this task with the minimum amount of manual intervention. Does anyone know of an application?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you looked at the AutoArchive function?  You can set it to automatically move any items older than nn days to a PST file of your choice and location.  (Tools --> Options, click onthe Other tab and above half-way down is the AutoArchive.)

Yes I guess this is the only option. I was really looking for some type of app that we could use instead of Archiving but I guess we have no choice.

Thanks for your help
