How to setup & run IIS 7 on Vista Home Premium

Can someone tell me how to set up IIS 7 on Vista Home Premium?  I have no experience of IIS 7, but have managed to setup IIS 5 and run ASP.NET 2 on XP Pro. It took a while, but I got it working fine.

I now need to be able to test php & aspx pages locally, so I am trying to set up my laptop to do this. Is it possible to get IIS and XAMPP running alongside each other or would it be easier to set up PHP & MySQL on IIS 7?

I use Dreamweaver and as you probably know, once you've set the testing server up you can just hit F12 and the page is displayed.  I like this feature.  Would this still work if I have them running side by side? How would I set the localhost to look at htdocs and inetpub folders?  Is that possible?

of course it is possible but I suggest you to install Apache as web server for php. And it is easy if you install the package which is called EasyPHP (includes php, apache and mysql).

Then change the php port as something like 81 in php.ini file under apache directory. You know IIS runs on port 80.
