"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

1. Create a Ditribution List called Sales with SMTP as Sales@mydomain.com, and assign "Send As"
permission for those users who should send emails from Sales@mydomain.com.
2. Ask the users to use "FROM" field in outlook and select the DL and send emails.

Also make sure to add all the users in the sales department (those who should receive the emails from clients) to this DL.
