Can someone show the steps required to enable Native Web Services in Oracle 11g, and call a Web Service function over HTTPS?

Many Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

To use the WSDL service grant the role XDB_WEBSERVICES to the schema that needs it. This role enables use of Web services over HTTPS; it is required to be able to use Web services.

These links answer most of what I want to know but how do I configure the https port so I can call the web service function (default https port doesn't work) ?
Find Configuration file xdbconfig.xml in ORACLE_HOME and edit it as follows
change  http2-protocol to tcps.
change http2-port to your required one.
The value of http2-port should be different from the value of http-port.
