I am trying to find how I may create a custom TCP/IP Printer port via DOS CL.

"Prnport.vbs" can be used to creates, deletes, and lists standard TCP/IP printer ports:
When used with the -a parameter, the Prnport command creates TCP/IP printer port.

Run inf install
    RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry /if /b "Test Printer" /f %windir%\inf\ntprint.inf /r "lpt1:" /m "AGFA-AccuSet v52.3"

Set printer as default
    RUNDLL32 PRINTUI.DLL,PrintUIEntry /y /n "printer"
