How to import email from another domain into Exchange 2007

There are two company's (A and B) that share a domain "A.com" with an Exchange 2003 server on it. Now company B is getting thier own separate domain (B.com) with Exchange 2007. What is the best way to get users emails from A.com into the B.com's Exchange 2007? The two domains fully trust each other to help with permissions, but this is not to be a perminant Trust.

I ended up using the "Move-Mailbox" command from the Exchange CLI. Thanks.
